These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dg99 ("dg99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of dg99.im. By registering a dg99 account, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dg99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances and winnings:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one dg99 account per individual, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Underage Gambling: Registering an account or placing any bet while under the age of 18.

• Illegal Activity: Using dg99 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that is prohibited by applicable law.

dg99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a breach of these obligations has occurred. Where a breach is found, dg99 may take any combination of the following actions: issue a formal warning; restrict or suspend account access; permanently close the account; void outstanding bets and bonuses; forfeit any balance held in the account; and report the matter to the appropriate legal or regulatory authorities.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your dg99 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — such as concerns about problem gambling — dg99 will process your request as a self-exclusion. Closure by dg99: dg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, at its sole discretion, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• The player has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player's account has been inactive for an extended period (as defined in dg99's dormant account policy).
• dg99 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.
• Closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the dg99 platform or other players.

dg99 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dg99 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, dg99 does not warrant that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dg99 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from platform downtime, technical malfunction, or errors in game software not caused by dg99's own gross negligence.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where dg99's own systems have not been breached and the access was facilitated by the player's failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use dg99's services.

dg99's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their dg99 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by dg99's own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of dg99 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
